Creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself isn't going to be the easiest of changes. However, It will be one of the best decisions you'll ever make for yourself. Not only for your physical health, but also for your mental well being. A healthy lifestyle means: stress reduction, improved morale, improved blood circulation, improved sleep quality, and finally an increase in confidence and the ability to love the skin you're in.
I bet you're wondering why you should trust me to help you make this change? Well, to begin I do have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology. I studied at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. I did earn my Personal Training Certification through NCSF, however, I did not renew my registration with them since I stopped in-person training. Outside of these credentials, I believe my 15 years of experience within a gym is equally as important as the textbook knowledge.
